Because of stability and compatibility with newer Minecraft Versions and Changes overtime from Mojang and an Unfixable Bug which we cannot fix. We're dropping support for Minecraft 1.21.5.
This means the server is only support 1.21.4 - 1.21.11 (without 1.21.5) for now on.
